Since the fall of 2005, Democracy Rising PA has compiled ideas for amending Pennsylvania's Constitution. They come from citizens, from public officials, from academics, from newspapers, from community leaders. We present them almost verbatim as we received them, using an absolute minimum of editorial discretion.

And we present all of them, regardless of whether we think they're a good idea. It's not what we think that matters. It's what you think.

Where we can, we provide background information and a bit of history for each provision of the Constitution and each idea to change it.
