Corbett Asked to Investigate Allegations of Case-Fixing On February 8, 2006, DR Co-Founders Kathleen Daugherty and Tim Potts personally delivered a letter to the office of state Attorney General Tom Corbett. The letter asked for an investigation of allegations that legislative leaders and members of the Supreme Court negotiated the disposition of cases dating back to 1999.
